Where is my package?

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a shipping confirmation. In this e-mail you will find a link to track the shipment on the DHL website. There you can see the current status of your order and find out where the package is at the moment.

Error when ordering. What to do?

Contact us immediately if you entered the wrong size when placing your order or if you got the wrong delivery address. The best way is to send us an email to support@sintentia.com with your order number and your changes.
